For all returns and exchanges, please email email@example.com. Include your order number or the full name the order was placed under, and a description of the items you would like to exchange/return. A customer service representative will assist you within 24 hours.
We work hard to make an exceptional product, and we want to do all that we can to make sure you get the fit, style, and design that best suites you.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not (price difference in exchanged items to be covered by customer).
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date of delivery confirmation.
Shipping costs are not included in the refunded total, only the costs paid for the products.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it in. Please keep the receipt.
For the 48 contiguous states, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you to send the product back with. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges from Alaska, Hawaii, and all international locations will be covered by the customer.
We will send out your exchange, or refund your card within 72 hours of receiving your product(s) in good/ unworn condition.
